Mary Collis was born and raised in San Antonio, TX. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of Georgia with a bachelor’s degree in residential interior design, a National Kitchen and Bath Association accreted program. While obtaining her degree, Mary had the privilege of training under some of the best in highend residential design including Mark Ashby of Ashby Collective in Austin, Texas and Courtney Walker of Courtney and Co. in San Antonio, Texas. Upon graduating from UGA in 2009, Mary returned to her Texas roots to work as the inhouse designer at Young Stone. Always a rockhound at heart, Mary enjoyed expanding her knowledge of natural stone and a variety of surfaces and tile. In 2009, Mary established Mary Collis Interiors. Since then, her work in highend residential design has taken her all over Texas, designing both primary residences and secondary homes including, ranch and coastal projects.  She enjoys working with different design styles and approaches projects with a team mentality. Mary values client feedback throughout the process and encourages clients to engage in the design process as much as they would like. This close working relationship has been the foundation that has led to many returning and generational clients. Mary lives in San Antonio, TX with her husband and two daughters.  She loves interior design and hopes to bring that enthusiasm to all of her projects.
